Request a Technician Process

Once a student fills out our Request-a-technician form, within 30 minutes one of our knowledgeable support staff will call the student and comfirm date and time of appointment, and issues experience by students. In addition a free consultation will be provided helping to give student a clear expectation of what a service call can accomplish and what it may end up costing.
